This is one of the ever growing series of puzzle with two intersecting circles. Unlike the other puzzles it is not doctrinaire. Both circles have four points which might allow a turn of the other circle. Whether they are available depends on the position of the other pieces.
The puzzle was designed by Andrey Yerashkevich and printed by Evgeniy Grigoriev.
