The Icultimate is a hybrid puzzle combining the cuts of an icosamate and some shallow edge turns. The combination of these cuts allow both jumbling of the edge cuts and jumbling of the icosamate layer if rotated only half a turn.
The closest relative to this design is the EHT. In that design the wing pieces are split too.
