This must be one of the most creative things one can do with just cubies and plain stickers. The core is a standard 3x3x3. The outer shape of the puzzle is a 3x5x7 cuboid. The inventor stickered it with plain stickers harvested from regular 3x3x3. The four large sides resemble various states of a tetris game.
