This is a straight shape transformation. A 2x2x3 was covered with 3D printed extensions to give it the shape of an antiprism with rectangular base. The inventor called it V2 because three years ago he designed the first version with the same mechanism and a similar shape. Unlike that earlier design V2 was oriented differently within the puzzle.
